GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SELLER IDENTIFICATION
The seller and operator of the online shop 4horse.cz is Eliška Šimůnková, with registered office at Trnová 17, 294 25 Katusice, company registration number: 08947457, tax identification number: CZ08947457, email: info@4horse.cz (hereinafter the “seller”).
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the seller and buyer in the sale of goods through the online shop www.4horse.cz.

2. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
The order is created through the online shop’s basket. Before submitting it, the buyer can check and change the information entered. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms. The seller confirms receipt of the order by email to the address provided in the order.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices include VAT and all statutory charges. Depending on the options offered in the basket, the buyer can choose bank transfer, cash on delivery, online card payment through the Shoptet Pay payment gateway or another payment method currently displayed. Card payment is available after it has been activated in the online shop.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipping method and price are displayed in the basket before the order is submitted. The online shop primarily uses Balíkovna, Zásilkovna, PPL, personal collection and, depending on the nature of the order, electronic delivery. The specific options may vary according to the delivery country and the value and nature of the order.
Goods in stock are usually dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation or, for advance payments, receipt of payment. For made-to-order goods, the estimated delivery time depends on production workload; the seller informs the buyer of the expected date by email.

5. COMPLAINTS
A complaint may be submitted by email to 4horseinfo@gmail.com or in writing to the seller’s registered office address. Rights and obligations arising from defective performance are governed by the applicable legislation. A consumer complaint will be resolved within 30 days at the latest, unless the parties agree otherwise.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For a contract covering multiple items or parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item or part.
Withdrawal may be exercised in a verifiable manner by email to 4horseinfo@gmail.com, in writing to the seller’s address or online through the Withdrawal from the contract page in the online shop.
The consumer shall send or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. The seller shall refund the payments received, including delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days of withdrawal, but not before receiving the goods or proof that they have been dispatched.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the cases listed in Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, in particular goods made to the consumer’s specifications or adapted to their personal needs. For made-to-order products, the right of withdrawal is assessed according to the specific nature of the ordered product.

8. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz, is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
