I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The controller of personal data under Article 4 point 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) is Eliška Šimůnková, Trnová 17, 294 25 Katusice, company registration number: 08947457, tax identification number: CZ08947457, email: 4horseinfo@gmail.com (hereinafter the “controller”).
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The controller processes data provided by the customer when placing an order or communicating with the controller, in particular identification, contact, delivery and payment details necessary to perform the contract.

III. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed to handle orders, perform the purchase contract, keep accounting records, handle complaints or withdrawal from the contract, protect legal claims and, where applicable, send commercial communications in accordance with legislation.
The legal basis is primarily performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the controller’s legitimate interest and, where required, the customer’s consent.

IV. RETENTION PERIOD
The controller retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and statutory obligations, keep accounting records and protect its legal claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn, unless legislation provides otherwise.

V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Recipients of data may include the provider of the Shoptet online shop platform, payment service providers including Shoptet Pay, carriers and providers of accounting, IT, marketing and email services, where their involvement is necessary to operate the online shop and fulfil the order.
The controller does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, except where such a transfer complies with legislation and the relevant safeguards provided by the service provider.

VI. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, the customer has the right to access personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent by email to 4horseinfo@gmail.com.
The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

VII. SECURITY
The controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data. Only authorised persons and processors have access to the data, to the extent necessary for their activities.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read these conditions. The controller may update the conditions; the current version will always be published on this page.
